We Bloom Vietnam is partnering with multiple organisations and experts in mental health to develop a circle of support for students in 5 high-schools in Dong Hoi (Quang Binh).
(1) Refresh training on key mental health challenges and basic counselling skills for home-room teachers and renovating the counselling offices.
(2) Training & sharing about mental health challenges and communication gaps with parents to equip them with critical skills to support their children at home.
(3) Expanding connection with mental health professionals for referral of serious mental health issues.
(4) Creating and sustaining operation of mental health clubs at schools so that students can support their peers.
The program is under development and permit submission. We plan to run the pilot phase in late Sep 2024 upon the new semester opening.
